The Foodways GIS is coordinated by Professors Eduardo S. Brondizio (Anthropology) and James Farmer (O'Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs) and was designed by Kyle Kirk, Mark Alvarado, Prof. Eduardo Brondízio, Dr. Sam Schramski, and Zhipeng Zhi (special thanks to Mark and Zhi), all from the Center for Analysis of Social-Ecological Landscapes (CASEL).
